PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG REX WELLENRINGE

REX Wellenringe, bestehend aus bis zu 40 Gewebelagen, geben einen starken Gegendruck. Der Wellenfächer sorgt aufgrund der effizienten Kühlung für eine hohe Leistungsfähigkeit. Diese Polierscheiben sind sowohl für die manuelle Politur am Polierbock als auch als Walzenbesatz in Polieranlagen für große Oberflächen geeignet.

PRODUKTEIGENSCHAFTEN

  • Super-Finish REX Polierscheiben aus FM209 werden wegen des besonders sanften Angriffs für das Abglänzen hochwertiger und empfindlicher Oberflächen eingesetzt.
  • FM209 ist ein beidseitig stark aufgerautes und sehr flauschiges Rohbaumwoll-Molton mit einem spezifischen Gewicht von ca. 220 g / m²
  • Gester Stand mit für einen effektiven Angriff bei starker Kühlung
  • Frei wählbare Durchmesser zwischen 125 und 500 mm Durchmesser
  • Individuelle Bohrung von 10 - 60 mm (Auf Anfrage Sonderanfertigungen möglich)
  • Optional angeraute Polierfläche für den sofortigen Einsatz
  • Einzeln kalibriert für einen vibrationsarmen Rundlauf

  • Used buffing discs should also be dressed again on a regular basis. This is especially true if residues of polishing paste have solidified on the working surface or the buffing wheels are heavily contaminated with material abrasion

In particular, all rotating polishing and brushing tools may only be operated with suitable covers for reasons of occupational safety.
