PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG REX WELLENRINGE

REX Wellenringe bestehen aus bis zu 40 Gewebeschichten, die einen ausgeprägten Gegendruck ermöglichen. Der Wellen-Fächer, der starke Belüftung ermöglicht, sorgt für eine hervorragende Kühlung und damit für eine hohe Produktivität. Diese Polierscheiben werden sowohl beim manuellen Polieren am Polierbock als auch als Walzenbesatz in Großflächen-Polieranlagen eingesetzt.

PRODUKTEIGENSCHAFTEN

  • Rex Wellenringe aus N18 werden insbesondere für das effektive Polieren von Buntmetallen eingesetzt
  • N18 ist ein mittelfestes Rohbaumwollgewebe in Leinwandbindung mit einem spezifischen Gewicht von ca. 210 g / m²
  • Fester Stand mit viel Gegendruck und für eine effiziente Kühlung
  • Durchmesser zwischen 125 mm und 500 mm wählbar
  • Bohrungen zwischen 10 mm und 60 mm (auf Anfrage Sonderanfertigungen verfügbar)
  • Optionale angeraute Oberfläche, für sofortigen Einsatz bereit

  • Careful preparation of the buffing / polishing tool is a prerequisite for an optimal surface result. Please follow our recommendations for trimming cotton buffing wheels
  • Used buffing discs should also be dressed again on a regular basis. This is especially true if residues of polishing paste have solidified on the working surface or the buffing wheels are heavily contaminated with material abrasion

In particular, all rotating polishing and brushing tools may only be operated with suitable covers for reasons of occupational safety.
