REX Wellenringe bestehen aus einer Vielzahl von Gewebelagen, die einen robusten Gegendruck bieten. Der Wellenfächer erzeugen eine starke Belüftung, um eine hervorragende Kühlwirkung zu gewährleisten und dadurch die Produktivität zu erhöhen. Diese Wellenringe sind für die Hauptpolitur von Nicht-Eisen, Stahl und Edelstahl sowohl für die manuelle Politur am Polierbock als auch als Walzenbesatz in Polieranlagen für große Oberflächen geeignet.

PRODUKTEIGENSCHAFTEN

  • REX Wellenpolierscheiben aus N2550 eignen sich insbesondere für die Hauptpolitur von Nicht-Eisen, Stahl und Edelstahl
  • Festes wellenförmiger Besatz aus Rohbaumwollgewebe N2550 in Leinwandbindung mit einem spezifischen Gewicht von ca. 230 g / m²
  • Sehr festes Material mit viel Gegendruck für eine wirkungsvolle Kühlung
  • Wählbare Durchmesser von 125 bis 500 mm
  • Individuelle Löcher von 10 bis 60 mm auf Anfrage hin erhältlich
  • Optional mit angerauerter Polierfläche für sofortige Nutzung

  • Careful preparation of the buffing / polishing tool is a prerequisite for an optimal surface result. Please follow our recommendations for trimming cotton buffing wheels
  • Used buffing discs should also be dressed again on a regular basis. This is especially true if residues of polishing paste have solidified on the working surface or the buffing wheels are heavily contaminated with material abrasion

In particular, all rotating polishing and brushing tools may only be operated with suitable covers for reasons of occupational safety.
