HERKULES abrasive brushes consist of flexible nylon abrasive filaments with embedded silicon carbide or aluminum oxide abrasives. They are commonly used on a wide variety of materials for deburring, matting, structuring and cleaning. When deburring, HERKULES brushes will grind off secondary burrs which contrasts to wire brushes solely shearing them off. Hence, deburring with an abrasive filament brush delivers very precise and damage-free contours.
