Perfectly dressed polishing wheels are essential for a professional polishing result. A fine velour surface without protruding threads or yarns is crucial for a flawless surface. Otherwise, these threads could act like whips, posing a danger to the polisher and causing fine imperfections on the polished surface.

The special scraper blade developed by EICKELIT makes it possible to safely and easily remove protruding threads from polishing wheels after rough dressing. After rough dressing, an irregular velour is created from which the longer threads must be removed in order to avoid injuries during polishing and to ensure a uniform polishing pattern.

Thanks to the EICKELIT scraper blade, you can now dispense with the tedious manual trimming of the polishing wheels. Instead, the scraper blade conveniently removes all protruding threads on the rotating polishing wheel to shape it quickly and effectively.

For the discerning polisher, the EICKELIT scraper blade is an indispensable tool that no professional polishing workshop should be without.
