Stainless steel "cut-buffing / polishing / colouring" set for angle grinders | 250 mm
With this seven-part polishing set for stainless steel, finely ground INOX components can be polished and refined to a high gloss finish in a three-step buffing action: pre-polishing, main polishing and high gloss finish. With this complete polishing set, you can reliably achieve the flawless mirror finish that is characteristic of stainless steel on carefully ground INOX surfaces.

Application
- Wear protective equipment and follow safety regulations!
- Roughen the polishing discs before use using a suitable dressing tool
- Wet rotating tool sparingly with polishing paste
Step 1
- Polish the evenly sanded and cleaned surface in cross passes with the SB-VR-10 sisal-nettle disc together with Menzerna 439T quickly pre-polish at approx. 25-30 m/s (1,900 - 2,300 rpm) until the workpiece has an even, satin-matt surface without scratches or grooves
- After polishing, clean the surface of abrasion and paste residues with a dry, soft and lint-free cloth. If necessary, degrease the workpiece with a suitable solvent or Viennese lime
Step 2
- Quickly polish the evenly cut-buffed and cleaned surface in cross passes with the firm polishing disc N2550 together with Menzerna P14F at approx. 25-30 m/s (1,900 - 2,300 rpm) to a high gloss
- After polishing, clean the surface with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. If necessary, degrease the workpiece with a suitable solvent or Viennese lime
Step 3
- Finish the clean, glossy surface with the light N2501 buffing disc together with Menzerna P126 INOX high gloss compound at approx. 25-30 m/s (1,900 - 2,300 rpm) quickly and in cross passes until a fine high gloss finish is obtained
