Stainless steel "complete" polishing set for drills | 125mm

With the six-part drill complete polishing set for stainless steel, even hard-to-reach, finely ground INOX components can be refined to a super finish. The surface treatment takes place in three steps: pre-polishing, main polishing and high gloss finish. With this complete polishing set, you can reliably achieve the flawless mirror finish that is characteristic of stainless steel on carefully ground INOX surfaces.

Application

Step 1

  • The evenly sanded and cleaned surface crosswise with the SB-VR-10 sisal nettle shaft tool together with Menzerna 439T quickly pre-polish at approx. 25-30 m/s (4,000 - 4,600 rpm) until an even, satin-matt surface without scratches and grooves is achieved on the workpiece
  • After polishing, clean the surface of abrasion and paste residues with a dry, soft and lint-free cloth. If necessary, degrease the workpiece with a suitable solvent or Viennese lime

Step 2

  • Quickly polish the evenly cut-buffed and cleaned surface in cross passes with a shank buffing tool N2550 together with Menzerna P14F at approx. 25-30 m/s (4,000 - 4,600 rpm) to a high gloss
  • After polishing, clean the surface with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. If necessary, degrease the workpiece with a suitable solvent or Viennese lime

Step 3

  • Polish the clean, glossy surface using the N16 buffing shank tool and Menzerna P126 INOX high gloss compound at approx. 25-30 m/s (4,000 - 4,600 rpm) quickly and in cross passes to a fine high gloss finish
