Application
- Wear protective equipment and follow safety regulations!
- First roughen the polishing disc using a suitable dressing tool
- Wet the rotating tool with the polishing paste
Step 1
- Pre-polish the evenly sanded and cleaned surface in criss-cross passes with the sisal nettle shaft tool SB-VR-10 together with the white pre-polishing paste at approx. 25-30 m/s (6,000 - 7,200 rpm) until an even finish on the workpiece , semi-matt surface is achieved without scratches and grooves
- After polishing, clean the surface of abrasion and paste residue with a dry, soft and lint-free cloth. If necessary, degrease the workpiece with a suitable solvent or Viennese lime
Step 2
- Polish the evenly pre-polished and cleaned surface quickly to a good shine using criss-cross passes using the N16 full-round blade shaft tool and the green polishing paste at approx. 25-30 m/s (6,000 - 7,200 rpm)
- After polishing, clean the surface with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. If necessary, degrease the workpiece with a suitable solvent or Viennese lime
Step 3
- Polish the clean, shiny polished surface quickly in cross passes to a high gloss using the FM 230 full round blade shaft tool and the pink high-gloss polishing paste at approx. 25-30 m/s (6,000 - 7,200 rpm)
