PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ABRASIVE FLEECE roll AO-004 | GRIT 180

EICKELIT abrasive fleece sold by the meter consists of a randomly woven nylon fleece with firmly bonded abrasive grain. It is used in particular for cleaning, fine grinding, matting and satin finishing of steel and non-ferrous metals. With our wide range of abrasive nonwovens based on aluminum oxide or silicon carbide, we answer a wide variety of application-related requirements from our customers.

Because the tangled fleece is very flexible, fleece lamellar polishing discs can be used to process complex shapes very efficiently with gentle removal. As a result of wear, fresh grinding bodies are constantly released in uniform concentrations in the fleece. Abrasive fleece does not become clogged with abrasion and therefore provides a very homogeneous grinding pattern during its service life.
