Menzerna P195 Medium-Cut polishing paste for plastic & composites

Menzerna P195 is a medium-fat universal polishing paste with good stock removal, which creates a beautiful shine especially on plastics and composite materials, but also on paintwork. This polishing paste is used for the preparation of noble surfaces with a deep high gloss, as it effortlessly removes even deep scratches. Together with our KONSTANT ventilating cotton polishing discs, the paste P195 quickly ensures a shiny surface.

Application instructions plastic polish

The Menzerna plastic paste system is particularly suitable for use in automobile interiors, arts and crafts, picture frames, kitchens, boat and yacht construction, furniture, violin and piano construction.

  • Please polish at cutting speeds of 6 - 24m/s depending on the temperature sensitivity of the paint or plastic
  • An optimal surface quality after polishing can only be achieved with a carefully structured grinding and polishing process
  • Menzerna Medium-Cut Universal Polishing Paste P195 works abrasively and creates a beautiful shine, especially on plastics and composite materials, but also on painted surfaces
  • To avoid "orange peel" or matting/sinking of the surface, the workpieces should be heated as little as possible during polishing

Protective Equipment when Polishing

When grinding and polishing, the work equipment used creates considerable health risks. It is therefore compulsory to wear suitable personal protective equipment for work safety when grinding and polishing. In particular, all rotating polishing and brushing tools may only be operated with suitable covers for reasons of occupational safety.
