MENZERNA P195 MEDIUM-CUT POLISHING PASTE FOR PLASTIC & COMPOSITES
Menzerna P195 is a medium-fat universal polishing paste with good removal, which creates a beautiful shine, especially on plastics and composite materials, but also on paints. This polishing paste is used to prepare fine surfaces with a deep, high shine, as it easily removes even deep scratches. Together with our KONSTANT cotton nettle N16 polishing discs, the paste P195 quickly ensures a shiny surface.

MENZERNA P175 SUPERFINISH POLISHING PASTE
The Menzerna polishing paste P175 is a special super-finish polishing paste that was specially developed for plastics and paints. Thanks to its dry formulation, it ensures a shiny surface without streaks or residue. With this super finish paste you can achieve an almost hologram-free surface with an impressive optical depth on paints and plastics.

Protective Equipment when Polishing
When grinding and polishing, the work equipment used creates considerable health risks. It is therefore compulsory to wear suitable personal protective equipment for work safety when grinding and polishing. In particular, all rotating polishing and brushing tools may only be operated with suitable covers for reasons of occupational safety.
Wear eye / face protection
The fine dust emanating from polishing is harmful to the eyes. Flying parts can cause serious injuries to the face and eyes.
Wear respiratory protection
Fine dust contaminated with heavy metals and respirable, which can only be retained with suitable respiratory protection, is produced during polishing.
Wear protective clothing
Flying parts can cause sensitive injuries all over the body.
Wear gloves
In general, gloves should be worn when grinding and polishing. If there is a risk of being wound up (e.g. drills, processing small parts, etc.), gloves may be prohibited on the basis of a risk assessment.
