EICKELIT KONSTANT 4-4 type polishing discs are primarily used for polishing aluminum, stainless steel or paint. The pleated Z-fold cotton fabric layers provide a high contact pressure. At the same time, this type of polishing wheel readily adapts to the surface profile. Thanks to its folds, KONSTANT creates a strong air flow and thus a very effective cooling of the workpiece surface.

We only use Oeko-Tex® certified fabrics made from raw cotton in EICKELIT polishing discs. The cotton fabric used does not contain any synthetic fibers, which means that EICKELIT polishing discs are very durable and wear out particularly evenly with little dust formation. We always have an extensive range of different unbleached cotton fabrics in stock.
Nessel N2550 is used to polish non-ferrous metals, plastics and paint. N2550 is a solid raw cotton cretonne with a specific weight of approx. 230 g/m².
KONSTANT polishing discs are used in particular for pre-polishing non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. With our wide variety of cotton fabrics, KONSTANT polishing discs can be used universally.
KONSTANT polishing rings, with their Z-shaped folds, deliver a powerful flow of air and thus have a cooling effect. In addition, KONSTANT polishing discs produce extraordinarily homogeneous polishing patterns on large surfaces and on shaped workpieces.

Used buffing discs should also be dressed again on a regular basis. This is especially true if residues of polishing paste have solidified on the working surface or the buffing wheels are heavily contaminated with material abrasion
