PRODUCT DESCRIPTION KONSTANT 4-4 / diameter 200 mm
The high-performance polishing rings KONSTANT 4-4 are particularly suitable for the preliminary and main polishing of non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. The polishing disc consists of extra strong cotton fabric N24032 in Z-fold layers arranged spirally around a cardboard core. This ensures a high contact pressure without losing the flexibility of a folded polishing ring. KONSTANT delivers a strong air flow, which ensures good cooling of the workpiece, especially with high polishing performance.

COTTON QUALITY
Our professional polishing discs are made from Oeko-Tex® certified raw cotton fabric. All of the plain weave cotton cretonnes we select are 100% free from synthetic fibres. N24032 is a medium-strength raw cotton fabric with a specific weight of approx. 290 g/m². Due to its specific properties, N24032 is particularly suitable for pre-polishing non-ferrous metals and stainless steel.

The fabric made of raw cotton, folded from several strips in KONSTANT polishing discs, enables strong counter-pressure when polishing. The strength of KONSTANT polishing rings is somewhere between the significantly softer EFFEKTA polishing tools and the considerably stronger Polishing disks made from full-round cotton sheets.
KONSTANT polishing tools with their Z-fold provide a powerful cooling air flow and are characterized by a homogeneous polishing pattern on surfaces and shaped workpieces due to their random contact pattern.
