PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SISAL CORD BRUSHES

Sisal cord pre-polishing brushes are particularly suitable for pre-polishing profiled workpiece surfaces, as the flexible sisal bristles can also be used to reach indentations, undercuts, corners and edges. This is why workpieces of any shape can be pre-polished with sisal cord brushes in just one step. Together with a coarse pre-polishing paste, this quickly smoothes surfaces made of stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals and makes them suitable for subsequent processes such as e.g. B. prepared for high-gloss polishing or anodizing.

Sisal is characterized by its physical and chemical resistance. Because sisal fibers are tough and strong and have a gently abrasive effect. This is why sisal polishing tools are particularly suitable for pre-polishing metals.

The cords used in EICKELIT sisal cord pre-polishing brushes are knotted 8 times and are approx. 5 mm thick. These cords made in Europe contain sisal fibers of the highest quality with particularly high staple lengths. As a result, the EIKELIT cord brushes are very smooth and are characterized by a long service life and high efficiency.

With our impregnated sisal cord pre-polishing brushes depending on the application, the efficiency of the tools can be further increased.
