INOX polishing set for Angle Grinders | 200 mm
Four-part finish polishing set for stainless steel with hand polishing machines or angle grinders with M 14 shank. This polishing set reliably delivers the flawless mirror finish that is characteristic of stainless steel on carefully pre-polished surfaces.

Application
- Wear protective equipment and follow safety regulations!
- Roughen the polishing discs before use using a suitable dressing tool
- Wet rotating tool sparingly with polishing paste
- Measure the pressure carefully! Too high contact pressure and/or too low speeds lead to overheating of the workpiece with uneven surfaces that can no longer be improved by polishing!
Step 1
- Quickly polish the pre-polished and cleaned surface in cross passes with the buffing wheel N2550 and Menzerna P14F at approx. 25-30 m/s (2.400 - 2.900 UpM) to a high gloss
- After polishing, clean the surface with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. If necessary, degrease the workpiece with a suitable solvent or Viennese lime
Step 2
- Polish the clean, shiny surface using the N2501 buffing wheel and Menzerna P126 at approx. 25-30 m/s (2.400 - 2.900 UpM) in cross passes until obtaining a high gloss finish
Protective Equipment when Polishing
When grinding and polishing, the work equipment used creates considerable health risks. It is therefore compulsory to wear suitable personal protective equipment for work safety when grinding and polishing. In particular, all rotating polishing and brushing tools may only be operated with suitable covers for reasons of occupational safety.
Wear eye / face protection
The fine dust emanating from polishing is harmful to the eyes. Flying parts can cause serious injuries to the face and eyes.
Wear respiratory protection
Fine dust contaminated with heavy metals and respirable, which can only be retained with suitable respiratory protection, is produced during polishing.
Wear protective clothing
Flying parts can cause sensitive injuries all over the body.
Wear gloves
In general, gloves should be worn when grinding and polishing. If there is a risk of being wound up (e.g. drills, processing small parts, etc.), gloves may be prohibited on the basis of a risk assessment.
Wear ear protection
Due to the noise exposure during grinding and polishing, it is necessary to wear suitable hearing protection on a regular basis.
