PRODUCT DESCRIPTION KONSTANT 4-4 / diameter 200 mm
High-performance KONSTANT 4-4 polishing discs are used for preliminary and main polishing of non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. The trimming consists of spirally arranged layers of 4 layers of strong nettle fabric N2550 that are pleated in a Z-fold and connected to one another around a cardboard core. This is why KONSTANT 4-4 polishing wheels can be operated with increased contact pressure without losing their flexibility. Due to the pleated fold, these polishing rings deliver a strong air flow, which ensures sufficient cooling of the surface, especially with high polishing performance.

Our professional polishing discs are made exclusively from Oeko-Tex® certified raw cotton fabric. All of the cotton cretonnes we choose are 100% free from synthetic fibers. That is why EICKELIT polishing discs have a long service life, wear evenly and produce very little dust. N24032 is a strong raw cotton fabric with a specific weight of approx. 230 g/m², which is particularly suitable for polishing non-ferrous metals and stainless steel.

KONSTANT polishing discs are mainly used for pre- and main polishing. With our extensive range of cotton cloth, KONSTANT polishing discs are suitable for everything from pre-polishing non-ferrous metals and stainless steel to high-gloss polishing of sensitive paint surfaces.
The trimmings, which are folded from several cotton fabric webs, give KONSTANT polishing discs a strong counter-pressure. With this property, they rank between the significantly softer EFFEKTA polishing tools and the considerably firmer polishing disks made of full-round cotton sheets.
In addition, thanks to their Z-folding, KONSTANT polishing tools deliver a powerful air flow for effective cooling. Above all, KONSTANT polishing wheels are characterized by their homogeneous polishing patterns on surfaces and shaped workpieces.
