EICKELIT KONSTANT 4-4 polishing rings are primarily used for the pre- and main polishing of non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. Four multiple layers of unbleached cotton fabric, wound spirally around a cardboard core, allow for medium-strong contact pressure. At the same time, the pleated folds of the KONSTANT 4-4 polishing discs ensure effective cooling of the workpiece surface at high work rates.

Only Oeko-Tex® certified fabric types made from raw cotton from controlled cultivation areas are used for EICKLEIT professional polishing discs. All of the plain weave cotton cretonnes we select are 100% free from synthetic fibres. That's why EICKELIT polishing discs wear down evenly and produce very little dust.
KONSTANT polishing discs are used in particular for pre- and main polishing. Due to our extensive range of cotton fabrics, KONSTANT polishing discs are suitable for the high-gloss finish of sensitive paint surfaces, including non-ferrous metals and stainless steel.
Due to their folding, KONSTANT polishing tools generate a strong air flow and have a cooling effect. KONSTANT polishing wheels are characterized in particular by their homogeneous polishing pattern on surfaces and shaped workpieces.

Used buffing discs should also be dressed again on a regular basis. This is especially true if residues of polishing paste have solidified on the working surface or the buffing wheels are heavily contaminated with material abrasion
