EICKELIT KONSTANT 4-4 type polishing discs are used in particular for polishing stainless steel or aluminum. The pleated layers of fabric made of pure raw cotton allow for a medium-strong contact pressure. At the same time, KONSTANT polishing discs adapt flexibly to shaped surfaces. Thanks to their folding, the KONSTANT polishing rings deliver a strong air flow for effective cooling.

We only use Oeko-Tex® certified fabrics made from raw cotton for our polishing discs. The cotton fabrics we select are very pure and do not contain any synthetic fibers. That is why EIKELIT polishing discs wear out particularly evenly with little dust formation. We always have an extensive cotton range in stock.
With N24032, mainly stainless steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum are polished. N24032 is an extra strong raw cotton cretonne with a specific weight of approx. 290 g/m².
KONSTANT polishing discs are used in particular for pre-polishing metals. Our wide range of various types of cotton fabric make them universal polishing tools.
KONSTANT polishing discs generate a powerful air flow thanks to their Z-fold and therefore have a strong cooling effect when polishing. Due to their random contact pattern, KONSTANT polishing wheels enable very homogeneous polishing patterns on large areas and shaped workpieces.
Careful preparation of the buffing / polishing tool is a prerequisite for an optimal surface result. Please follow our recommendations for trimming cotton buffing wheels
Used buffing discs should also be dressed again on a regular basis. This is especially true if residues of polishing paste have solidified on the working surface or the buffing wheels are heavily contaminated with material abrasion
