The high-performance polishing discs KONSTANT 4-4 are particularly suitable for preliminary and main polishing on non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. Due to the 4 plys of extra strong raw cotton fabric N24032, which are connected to each other and pleated in a Z-fold, KONSTANT polishing discs deliver a high contact pressure without losing the flexibility of a pleated polishing disc. Especially when polishing at high performances, KONSTANT with its strong airstream provides effective cooling.

COTTON QUALITY
All EICKELIT cotton polishing discs are made in Germany from Oeko-Tex® certified raw cotton fabric. All of the plain weave cotton cretonnes we use are 100% pure and contain no synthetic fibers. That is why our polishing discs wear out very evenly and are also particularly low-dust. Our constantly in-stock range of cotton fabrics enables a wide range of applications with short delivery times.
N24032 is an extra strong standard plain weave raw cotton fabric with a specific weight of approx. 290 g/m². Due to its properties, N24032 is particularly suitable for strong pre-polishing of stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
APPLICATIONS Konstant Polishing Discs
The field of application of KONSTANT polishing rings is the preliminary and main polishing of non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. Its cotton fabric trim, which is folded from several layers, allow for moderate counter-pressure when polishing. This property distinguishes KONSTANT from the significantly softer EFFEKTA polishing disks with soft folding and the firmer buffing discs made of sewn cotton fabric layers.
Thanks to the Z-fold, KONSTANT polishing tools generate a powerful flow of air and thus ensure effective cooling. Due to the random contact pattern due to the construction, KONSTANT polishing wheels are characterized by particularly homogeneous polishing patterns on surfaces and shaped workpieces.
