PRODUCT DESCRIPTION KONSTANT 4-4 / diameter 200 mm
The high-performance polishing discs KONSTANT 4-4 are particularly suitable for the pre- and main polishing of non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. The disc consists of 4 layers of Z-pleated raw cotton fabric layers arranged spirally around a cardboard core. This is why KONSTANT polishing discs allow high contact pressure without losing their flexibility. In addition, their folds generate a strong air flow, which ensures good cooling of the workpiece even with high polishing performance.

COTTON QUALITY
Our professional polishing discs contain only Oeko-Tex® certified fabric made from raw cotton. All of our selected plain weave cotton cretonnes are 100% free of synthetic fibres. N16 is a medium-strength raw cotton fabric with a specific weight of approx. 190 g/m². Due to its properties, N16 is particularly suitable for polishing non-ferrous metals, plastics and paint.

The KONSTANT polishing discs are folded with several layers and provide a strong counter-pressure. With this property, they rank between the significantly softer EFFEKTA polishing tools and the considerably firmer polishing disks made of full-round cotton fabric sheets.
With their Z-shaped folds, KONSTANT polishing tools deliver a powerful air flow for effective cooling and are characterized by their homogeneous polishing patterns on surfaces.
