Universal polishing set for drills | 125mm

With this universal polishing set, you can quickly achieve a beautiful high gloss finish on hard-to-reach metal or plastic components on carefully pre-polished surfaces. The polishing set is suitable for small polishing projects with a drill and is part of the basic equipment in every workshop.

Application

• Wear protective equipment and observe safety regulations!
• First roughen the polishing wheel with a suitable dressing tool
• Wet the rotating tool with the polishing paste
• Polish the evenly pre-polished and clean surface quickly in cross-coats, depending on the material, at approx. 15-30 m/s (2,300 - 4,600 rpm) to a high gloss
• Measure the pressure carefully! If the contact pressure is too high and/or the speed is too low, this can lead to an unsteady surface due to overheating of the workpiece
• After polishing, degrease the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth and, if necessary, a suitable cleaning agent
