They are used for cleaning, fine grinding, satin finishing and matting of non-ferrous metals and steels, as well as a large number of other fields of application. Our wide Abrasive fleece range based on aluminum oxide or silicon carbide enables the production of a wide range of polishing tools with different strengths and grain sizes.
Tangled fleeces are very flexible, which is why fleece shank tools are suitable for processing complex geometries with gentle removal. Due to the constant wear of the carrier material, the tool surface always releases fresh abrasives in a constant concentration and thus prevents the polishing wheel from clogging. As a result, EICKELIT grinding fleece shank polishing tools are maintenance-free and provide a perfectly uniform grinding pattern throughout their entire service life.
