Our cotton buffing wheels are made from multiple layers of 100% pure raw cotton fabric, bonded together with high-quality linen machine thread top-stitching. Through precise calibration and random alignment of the layers, we guarantee low-vibration concentricity and an even polishing finish.

These buffing wheels have been tried and tested for all polishing work steps for decades, from pre-polishing to a high-gloss finish. Our EICKELIT professional polishing discs are particularly effective thanks to first-class types of cotton and enable low-dust and safe work.

The N2550 material is a solid raw cotton fabric with a specific weight of approximately 230 g/m². These polishing discs are mainly used for polishing non-ferrous metals, steel and stainless steel.
