MENZERNA GW18 HEAVY-CUT PRE-POLISHING PASTE
When processing paints and plastics, after sanding with P600, the first polishing step is carried out with the Heavy-Cut pre-polishing paste GW18. This paste was specially developed for plastics and paints and has a particularly cooling fat binding. With GW18, defects and grinding marks can be eliminated quickly and thoroughly. The paint and plastic surfaces are optimally prepared with GW18 for high-gloss polishing with Menzerna 495P.

MENZERNA 495P FINISH POLISHING PASTE
Menzerna 495P is a medium-fat finish polishing paste for the high-gloss polishing of plastics and composites. The colorless polishing paste is particularly used for light and white surfaces to avoid discoloration. 495P is therefore particularly suitable for polishing keyboard keys. Together with cotton polishing discs, it quickly ensures a beautiful and even high shine. It can also be used on paint and stainless steel.

Protective Equipment when Polishing
When grinding and polishing, the work equipment used creates considerable health risks. It is therefore compulsory to wear suitable personal protective equipment for work safety when grinding and polishing. In particular, all rotating polishing and brushing tools may only be operated with suitable covers for reasons of occupational safety.
Wear eye / face protection
The fine dust emanating from polishing is harmful to the eyes. Flying parts can cause serious injuries to the face and eyes.
Wear respiratory protection
Fine dust contaminated with heavy metals and respirable, which can only be retained with suitable respiratory protection, is produced during polishing.
Wear protective clothing

Wear gloves
