Our cotton polishing discs consist of numerous layers of pure raw cotton fabric, which are held together by quilted seams made of high-quality linen machine thread. Due to the precise calibration and the random alignment of the layers, our full-round polishing discs offer low-vibration concentricity and an absolutely even polishing pattern.

FM209 is a raw cotton molleton material that is intensively brushed on both sides and has a characteristic weight of around 220 g/m². Polishing tools made of FM209 generate little back pressure and are particularly suitable for the high-gloss finish of sensitive surfaces.
