In order to achieve a perfectly reflective surface on stainless steel, several polishing steps are necessary. MENZERNA 439T PRE-POLISHING PASTE "HEAVY CUT"

The Menzerna pre-polishing paste 439T is a highly effective polish that is flexible and suitable for various metals. It is perfect for quickly removing turning marks, orange peel and sanding. Using the polish in combination with durable pre-polishing discs made of cotton, sisal or Mexico Fiber is particularly effective.

The polishing paste P164 is versatile and has a medium-fat consistency with average abrasive properties. It is suitable for all surfaces and materials and quickly produces a beautiful and even polishing result. The polishing paste P164 is also used for the manual polishing of smaller workpieces. During machine processing, it is used together with polishing discs made of medium-strength cotton types.

When grinding and polishing, the work equipment used creates considerable health risks. It is therefore compulsory to wear suitable personal protective equipment for work safety when grinding and polishing. In particular, all rotating polishing and brushing tools may only be operated with suitable covers for reasons of occupational safety.
